He has to leave his name in the hat or he’s basically lending credence to the smear. If Trump pulls his name and he wants out that might work.
“The Times had interviewed several dozen people over the past week in an attempt to corroborate her story, and could find no one with firsthand knowledge," the Times wrote in a story that followed the New Yorker report. "Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale classmates asking if they recalled the incident and told some of them that she could not be certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself.”

When can we start prosecuting Feinstein and the far left for hiring women to lie?Kavanaugh buffeted by more uncorroborated charges as Dems seek to derail nomination
Put Ramirez’s ass under oath today or tomorrow and prosecute her if she’s found lying.
The article makes reference that NYT could not find a single corroborating witness for Ramirez.

No I do understand. And I’m sure Kavanaugh understands. If he wants his name and reputation cleared he has to stay the course at least with his commitment. Trump just tweeted he doesn’t intend to pull his name right now anyway.I don't think you understand. Even if the Senate votes to confirm him, the Democrats will stop at nothing now they are invested in this. Forget about impeachment hearings for Trump, they'll go after Kavanaugh lock, stock and barrel.
Gorsuch was simply replacing Scalia. His nomination had no effect on the makeup of the court. Kavanaugh would cement a conservative Court for a generation. Clearly you can see the difference between the nominations.Isn't it weird how Gorsuch also had all of these "fabricated" sexual assault allegations lodged against him? Just saying....

Thus far from what we’ve read of these two you can preserve them all you want they’re a lost cause.Yep, we had to preserve our stock of established professional women willing to risk their life, careers, and liberty by lying about sexual assaults until we had Kennedy's seat up. Man, you guys figure us out every time. Did Soros let you in on this? He's got such loose lips.
Risk their lives by lying? Are they going to publicly executed if they’re found to be lying? This isn’t some half baked conspiracy theory. I was simply pointing out that there is a clear difference in the impact that the two nominations have on the court.Yep, we had to preserve our stock of established professional women willing to risk their life, careers, and liberty by lying about sexual assaults until we had Kennedy's seat up. Not one person I’ve heard or one article I’ve read has proven anything or shown that anything can be proven ... what are they supposed to do ? Keep in mind we are talking about ruining this Judges life here .
Lol. These accusers are going to make some serious cash out of this.Risk their life by lying? Are they going to publicly executed if they’re found to be lying? I have a friend from N.Y. who is moving to Tennessee soon. He and his wife are down here now, house hunting. The man is 59 years old and had never voted until 2016, when he came out and voted for Trump. He is even more motivated to vote for him again.I’m pulling the red lever. Don’t even care who’s running. I cannot remember the last time I even considered doing that.
They’re risking nothing and instead for their next 15 minutes of fame until they’re used up and cast aside they’re going to make serious bank on these frivolous accusations.Risk their life by lying?
