What I'm saying is it will most likley be impossible to prove either way. Her testimony will be what we heard from the beginning, she was sexually abused y being groped by K. She doesn't remember where, she doesn't remember when. How do you disprove that or that she's lying?

And this is what I was talking about earlier this afternoon. Her attorneys insert a poison pill into the negotiations and then they try to blame Republicans when it falls apart. Only problem is, any fair-minded individual would expect the accuser to testify first, not the accused.

At that point, she’s still proven nothing. The burden rests with her, not Kavanaugh. Innocence until guilt is proven prevails.

We have a legal process that must be followed, and she must fill in the gaps. If she can’t, she can march her ass right on down the road to another twat hat rally.

Although I agree with this , I believe they are only interested in having a trial of public opinion . That’s why she gotta handler to go with her lawyer , it’s all going to be about perception .

I agree in an ideal world but that's not the case. Even if he's confirmed she'll march from talk show to talk show from vagina hat rally to vagina hat rally for doing all she could for advancing the leftist agenda.
