Almost all coaches get fired. Hired to be fired so doesn’t matter. At some point they all fail.
Some are fired quicker than others. Would you consider Dooley or Butch successful tenures. I don't mean that to be a smart ass answer but the ones I've cited were failed from the beginning, ala butch and Dooley.

Tyler Bray was cut by the Bears.

What was Taggart doing right there? A chance to review for a TD and he’s sprinting into a false start.

That’s not how it works, Tags. You only rush if a replay works against you

Have you read anything I've posted other than he may not be ready for this job yet?

I think he’s ready. He will make mistakes. But Saban still makes them. If he recruits well and keeps his staff together for a few years for the most part, we will get back to where we are in the conversation for getting to the SEC championship. That’s what the goal should be every year. Win the east and then if you win the next one, you should be in the playoff.

If we could find even one it would cover for a WORLD of sins on defense. I'm convinced that Derek Barnett covered up as much DL dysfunction as Dobbs did OL dysfunction.
Is Jordan Allen so far away from playing? What's up with him?

On the radio they said the issue was they thought he may have fumbled.

Or maybe he couldn't find a head coach he could hire that he liked.

This was awlays in context with the Tennessee job. You and Hank took it elsewhere, not I.
Screw it. He is a football coach and it’s all he’s ever done. Let’s jist shut up and see if he can do the job.
We ain’t got that freak Schiano and that alone makes me happy for now. Never forget how close we came to ending any semblance of ever having a chance.

Just rewatched most of the game after a day on the tractor. It didn't look as bad on tv as it did from the WVU section of the game.
Abernathy and Warrior def hurt us, BIG TIME!
The Oline came together after some taking some early lumps.
I like our rbs, WRs, and our QB! Get the line to gel and we will score some points.
Going in, we thought D might be a shining point, and this might be a bad match up for them. It was.
Wvu only scored on big plays from what I saw, which is there mo. A good qb is going to take advantage of those mis matches all day. I had hoped for more pressure on Grier, but it just wasn't there. Kongbo did nothing. Phillips didn't do much either.
We'll be aight...

Not being a Negavol but what do you like about our RB's, WR's, and QB?

I hope you are right. I'm not going all in until I see results on the field. It's a tall task. We've been told by the UTAD that we had great coaches for 10 years. Forgive me for being skeptical when it comes to what the university spits out.

That's your fault for buying into anything Mike Hamilton, Dave Hart, or John Currie had to say, not Phil Fulmer's or Jeremy Pruitt's.

I'm glad we have Coach Pruitt. A good scenario for the year would be to get the rematch with WVU during bowl season. 😉

Not being a Negavol but what do you like about our RB's, WR's, and QB?

QB- poised, confident, made the right decisions, didn’t take sacks, didn’t turn the ball iver, showed command of the offense

RB - ran hard, fell forward consistently, Jordan averaged 5.9 ypc

WR - caught everything, ran solid routes, blocked pretty good, showed toughness, good YAC, were consistently open

They look better than last year for a start! Rbs ran hard and with a purpose. WR routes appeared crisp. JG looked like a diff qb from last year. Again, once the Oline gels, I think we will score some points. Question is, will D show up to help?!
