I really liked all the uniform tweaks when we switched to Nike, including the smokey grays. I thought the checkerboard pant stripes were a subtle addition, but it's more of a modernization than a tip of the hat to our history.

Absolutely agree, you can't keep the checkerboard on the pants while adding the black outline. And if I had to choose one, 100% black outline.

I wonder if they're going to bring back the font-type on the back of the jersey, that'd be sexy as hell.

4 year recruiting average of WVU is 41st. For the Vols it’s 15th.


We have a lot of unknowns for sure, but we’re not outmatched talent wise.

The part you have to consider is how much that talent has atrophied under the tutelage of Jones and Co.

Look at what happens when some of these guys get to the nfl and start showing out. Atrophy isn't the right word. Undeveloped sure, but that can turn around pretty quickly.
