I don't care what stupid award he won. He was a crap QB surrounded by all world talent 3 deep..

He is a terrible fit for this offense.

You have no clue who is/isn’t a terrible fit for our offense yet because we haven’t watched a damn snap.

40TD, only 10 INT, on 62% passing your first 2 years while also rushing for over 1800yards and OPOTY as a freshman. Sign me up for that any day.

He has clear limitations but c’mon guys use your brains

You’d rather go into the year with 3 QBs than add a former SEC offensive player of the year as a 4th who, to this point, has outplayed all the QBs on our current roster?

I must be crazy for thinking it’s a no brainer you add him in this hypothetical
Since this is pure fantasy predicting transfers and such, I'm assuming jg has a way better year than hurts ever did. Which is possible at this point. And at that point I don't think he would win the starting job so we're renting a backup again. And acting like there's no cost is also shortsighted. I don't like losing spots on rentals for the most part. And we would, just like we did for chryst. So yeah. I'm perfectly fine with hypothetically only having those 3 talented QBs on our roster next year.

Would coinbase work?

You normally don't want to use any place you can buy BTC as a middle man because then they can ban you and you can no longer use that site to buy it.

I go Coinbase--> bread wallet --> sportsbook to deposit.

And then sportsbook ---> bread Wallet --> coinbase to withdraw.

Chances are unless you are betting large amounts and constantly depositing and withdrawing it's all unnecessary because you'll never get flagged, but it's an extra step that doesn't really cost anything and can prevent you getting freezed out from any bitcoin exchange

I'm not sure he has one when it comes to football IMO

Look at what he was surrounded by..Now put him on a rebuilding team and it multiplies and magnifies his glaring deficiencies. Look beyond the numbers man..jeez. He would be a great fit in Butchs crap offense just like Dobbs was.

There’s literally no logical reason to tell him no. Even if he is “a RB” then great you just signed an elite athlete basically for free.
It's not for free. It costs a spot for a rental. So imo it's more expensive than a hs recruit. For hs kids 1 spot gets you 4 years. For hurts a spot gets you 1 year.

That is the storyline of most QB prospects, mentality and consistency; Shrout is nowhere near alone in this aspect.
No tizzy at all...just thought I'd remind you that your opinion doesn't make reality, as well, that's all.

It’s the storyline with some moreso than others.

Edit: meh nvm you owned it.

We’re all talking about our opinions here, dude. I’m sorry for assuming that you couldn’t understand that unless I put IMO after every sentence I write.

FWIW, I use a lot of qualifiers when I write here to make it pretty clear I’m giving my opinions. It seems like you just dislike those opinions and are trying to make them more insidious than they are so you can discount them.

edit: IMO JMO TIFWIW
I apologize, I do. We all are here with only our opinions, and a little bit of good info sprinkled in. I think maybe you're right, actually. I do disagree with your opinions, and think most of them are garbage; I mean, when you have Chief agreeing with every word you type, come on, man! Even YOU have to question the things your thinking, with that happening, right? But, your opinions are no different than mine, some agree with them, many think they're garbage.
I know, I know...it's on me, and I'm working on it. GBO, Darth!

I for one am just gonna take a moment to appreciate the fact I am in the presence of such a once in a generation QB savant @Ulysees E. McGill

Blessings!
As opposed to everyone else making claims? May as well include me, hank, vgl etc in that because we're all making big declarations based on our opinions.

@Sleegro Yes.. as opposed to you and others... his persistence and redundancy on the kc jg debate has soured me on anything he has to say about anything qb’s

I just had to take a jab

I'm probably the one who's wrong. No! Damn it, I'm right about this! I know I am!
What were we talking about again?

Chief gets has a bed rep and gets grief because of the way he states his opinions. There are plenty of posters here who sometimes agree with him in theory but dislike how he comes off as a poster.

I get that we’re just a few days away from football and the way I’ve been pumping the brakes the pst few days may bum out those that are more bullish on our prospects this year.

But I do think we have great vibes around our program right now with the best coaching we’ve had in probably more than a decade and a good core of guys to build around moving forward.

I just think the odds usually point to first year coaches having some bumps along the way and think it would be unfair if Pruitt sees backlash for a 6-6 type season this year. I think we’re gonna see a much better product on the field this year that should be fun to follow and watch. But with the way the schedule works out, I don’t necessarily see that translating to a stellar W-L record and I hope Pruitt gets treated fairly if that’s he case.

Jabs are fine. Haha and he can go a bit overboard sometimes but he's aight. Nothing wrong with a solid jab though.
