But it’s less difficult to perform well at OG. Many place their less athletic OT’s inside and they excel vs the opposite move and ultimate disaster. If the staff can avoid a turnstile on the blind side...they will. Trey is the best option at any spot on the OL.

I think you gotta have good play inside and out, but if the QB can’t step up into the pocket its a disaster.

We're going to wake some people up with this W we're about to serve up on a silver platter vs. West Virginia. Dana making excuses for the L that is coming. I tell you this, when we win, the hype for the Florida game will be sky high. This year may very well be the beginning of the resurgence of that power T!

I’ve noticed you getting lazy this week with the Ainge recaps. Spoiled is with your written recaps then yank the rug from under us and expect us to listen to the podcast?

In the beginning I was doing it to capture their perspective on things. After a while they just repeat themselves so nothing new is added. I thought that segment today with Ainge on his soap box was pretty good (funny at least). I don't even think they talked any TN football yesterday or Monday, at least not anything that stood out to me. I listen to the show on podcast and skip anything like Ohio State, Maryland, High School Sports - basically anything not Tennessee.

I thought Doug Matthews had a good show Sunday. I think he was at practice last Wednesday and both he and Ainge talk with Fulmer & Pruitt, not that either are told anything. I like the sources we have on this board as well. I consider all these guys part of my unofficial Vol Think Tank.

Okay, not being a smart arse or dumb arse, but why does everyone think we are going to lose to SC? Is it game placement (coming off murder row and away)? I simply HATE Muschump!

For those reasons you listed and that I believe they have a bye week before our game. But I think WGWDFA at their homecoming week game. We will then claim their stadium as our vacation home and charge them rent to play there the rest of the season.

I don't. We have better overall talent, and at least equal or better coaching on the defensive side of the ball. Both offenses have new OC's (ours has a better resume), but they have a more proven QB. Overall, we have the advantage and should win.
