Dooley? He is a lawyer.I watched the Maryland press conference from yesterday and the national committee they named was 2 big time judges and 1 high powered lawyer and one other guy they are not ready to name yet but they said that person is a former head football coach and an athletic director. He didn't say former athletic director. Fulmer?
Yeah a lot of that is a bunch of bunk IMO. I think we're fairly even with West Virginia, but South Carolina is a straight up better football team than Tennessee right now IMO. More talent that's been developed, and a veteran QB. Mushcamp's defense will be stout as well. There's a reason why will be an underdog in both games according to Vegas.Speaking of being overhyped:

Also potentially overrated:

depends on how you define soon. Price was on Swain this morning and the timeline they discussed was over the next 30 days, which apparently includes the UF game weekend. mentioned Mcollough, Hill, Knox in that discussion, but there'll be a bunch of guys in town that weekend for UOV and OV's....I heard there is some speculation we may get another commitment soon. Who are the prime candidates? SIAP

i don't know that we're waiting on anyone right now to pull a trigger. i could see some 20 guys jumping in early in the season if things get started off ok. but that's just speculation on my part, which is pretty much worthless.
Analytics can be a good thing, but sometimes they can draw conclusions that are a little too far west. Kind of like saying South Carolina was the second worst 9 win football team in the country last year, only being ahead of North Texas. That's a joke. Eat the chicken, throw out the bones. That's a bone.Anyone arguing with ChattVol about numbers:

Is there a team we could say something negative about that you wouldn't get upset about? You have no issue saying negative things about us, but if we ever say anything negative about anyone else you get real butt hurt.Analytics can be a good thing, but sometimes they can draw conclusions that are a little too far west.
