I wonder why wages don't increase BEFORE profits do. Hmm...gotta be a reason. What could it possibly be....

Maybe the corporation needs profit BEFORE it can hire, give raises and bonuses, and expand. No that's just silly talk. Everyone knows wages increase even if profits don't.

Corporations don't exists to pay wages. Corporations exist to make a profit.

I would also play golf with you even though you're a crusty old vermin. Some of my favorite golf buds are seniors. One I play with routinely shoots his age and plays in golf shoe flip flops . Best short game I've ever seen.

My short game has never been great, but I managed to get to a 3 handicap at one time. I hit a lot of greens in regulation, but never could make 5-8 footers to save par when I missed a green.. Plus, I would 3 putt 2 or 3 times, and usually wind up with about 34-36 putts and still shoot 75.

3 handicap? Wow, impressive. I used to play with this dude who was on one of the lower tours for a while and he taught me how to be a good putter. I still use his methods he taught me today.

Seems like many use golf as a reason to drink with friends. I'm not a drinker. Also, I had no patience when I tried it 25 years ago.
