Unlike some I don’t just run all over throwing as much out there as I can find on every media outlet that leans my way . I actually do try to pick and choose my battles with facts that I know .

1) He has made this mistake before publicly. So, either he wasn't corrected by his staff (doubtful) or he simply refuses to learn from his mistakes.
2) "They used to call it England, different parts." He just visited London less than a month ago. He even met with Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace. How can he not know that the country of England is still called... "England" ?
