Is Donald Trump Popular in Britain? Here’s What the Polling Says

“The top-line numbers, the interesting finding if you like, is that the British public have quite strong, negative opinions of Donald Trump,” Chris Curtis, a political researcher at the pollster YouGov, told Newsweek.

According to YouGov’s polling, 11 percent of Britons believe Trump is a great or good president. But 67 percent, a vast majority, believe he is a poor or terrible president.

:cray: so sad that they're crying about this.

No facts allowed here. Only rampant speculation based on nothing.

No one is laughing at us.

I am no Trump fan. I have no clue why anyone would care what they think of Trump. Makes no sense. You ever gotten a phone call about their leadership? I haven’t.

You need to unbunch your girly panties for awhile.

Recognizing that Trump is reviled worldwide is getting my girly panties in a bunch? Interesting take.

Refusing to recognize that point makes you like the last guy in class who believes in the Easter Bunny. (A little embarrassing in its naivety.)

Well I guess they can vote him out in 2020 then!

Still don’t GAF what they think about us. They should focus more on their own problems I’d guess. 😴😴

Every past leader who has been universally reviled has been deserving. That record is still in tact.

I just don't understand why you loony libs really give a flying flip & a big hootie-darn about what others around the world think about your great President. We still live in peace & get along with them. It's not like they will fire Trump for being our President bc they don't like him. Trump will be around for a long time as President like it or not. Nothing you can do about that. I assume you still sleep good at night knowing you & your family are safe from all the nukes that were going to be coming down on your town.

Who's crying? They just rightfully hate Trump. Americans have certainly hated some leaders from foreign countries. Nothing wrong with that.

You cry everyday about your President Trump not being popular w/other counties or whatever. It's sad that you let other world wide opinions of our President upsets you so to the degree of hating him just bc he's a Republican & his agenda is America First.

Trump didn't get into this to win a bunch of popularity contests with other countries & to play nice. He told you up front what he was going to do.....MAGA & America First. This should be no shock to anyone. Maybe you don't like the way Trump goes about doing things but he's getting the job done for US citizens....and done more quickly for America than the last president could do in 8 long terrible Democratic rule.

And it's complete bs.

Clinton was intelligent, could speak coherently, and had people skills.

I see what you're saying. Maybe if Trump could speak, was relatable and had some charisma, they'd put him on TV or something.

Wait....

I don't cry over the fact that Trump is hated by other counties, I just acknowledge the fact.

and....That has nothing to do with my hatred of Trump; I hated him before they did; and it has little to do with him being a republican. I wouldn't have had the same negative feelings toward any of the other republican candidates.

Finally, few are shocked over Trump's behavior; it is what most expected. The shock was the fact that he won.
