The shooter was actually headed into the store when the woman obviously says something to he that causes him to return and continue the conversation......the shooter stays about 3 feet away from the car during the conversations......be objective and look at it again......

Yes I have. The guy was talking shiz to the woman. The boyfriend walks out slowly, listening to what is going on. He see the guy being disrespectful and gives him a shove.

Then the guy falls. Sits and thinks about it, then pulls out a gun a commits a murder in cold blood. The victim was clearly walking away. Kids on the playground in kindergarten get pushed harder than that everyday. It was murder.

I go to Winter Park every 4-6 weeks. There is a restaurant on Lee Road called George's. I never pass up an opportunity to stop there for lunch.
The Alfond Inn is a great hotel there. I agree, the downtown area is beautiful.

He was not blind sided. The victim said something then pushed him. Then backed up.

No. Of I was pushed and someone retreated after pushing me I would not shoot them over a push. This isn't the ok corral.

If that is the case he definitely is going down. If you have time to misfire and then take the saftey off and the so called "threat" has created distance between you, it is murder.

Because you can't suffer bodily harm by yelling at someone. It's been admitted that the shove could have killed him. That's the difference. The dude escalated it to it being physical.

COULD have killed him. He was fine though and the guy was walking away. Then shot him in cold blood. There was no threat when he pulled out his gun. And since you want to play hypothetical how do we know he didn't threaten her life so the victim pushed the murderer?

You are lying. He didn't run out there. He walked up so he could hear what was being said. When he realized the disrespect occurring he told the shooter to leave her alone. Then he pushed him and walked away. Then the guy shot him.
