We are an entitled, petty, barbaric country: Handicapped parking shooting

Ha, no. It's a subject that interests me. Our rules of evidence are quite complicated. Needlessly some argue.

What kind of shape is OCN in these days? I need to get over there and play my fav central FL courses. (Panther)

And just out of curiosity (question to anybody)...if you came out of a gas station and found some dude yelling at your girlfriend/wife, how many of you would shove that person or would feel like you are justified to push that person?

I actually don't think it's justified and I don't think it's the smart thing to do, but I don't think he was asking for trouble. It's not like the deceased just decided he wanted to **** with a vulnerable stranger. I think he reacted in a very human way. I don't think the shooter did. Shooting someone for a shove is not normal human behavior.

I think you do get between your loved ones and whoever is accosting them. I think you pull the attention away from your family and on to you. If it comes to blows, so be it. The guy crossed the line when he blind sided the guy. He gave him the excuse to shoot him. All just my opinions.

No. I'm not a bytch like the shooter nor a woman being accosted by a man who may or may not be armed while I'm with my kids.

Are you a ***** like the guy who came out of the store and immediately assaulted a dude from the blind side who is arguing with your girl?

You left that out....

Don't start no shiz won't be no shiz. Shouldn't have played parking monitor.

Of course there was a chance. It didn't happen though. Then he was no longer in danger. His life was not in danger when he shot which is my point.

So the because he had an angry discussion with the women, her boyfriend was justified in pushing him to the ground?

If someone was bothering my wife and kids I would kick their azz. The guy started something he wasnt man enough to finish without a gun.

I hear it's in good shape. I live in Seminole County and it's an hour away. If I go there this time of year, its 973,000 degrees but I can afford it. If I go when the temp is bearable, it's like $125 and that's lunacy.

So you're not a ***** but she was?

No. She was a woman with her children.

My advise is that you keep your family out of FL then.......

Been there plenty. People tend to leave me alone. Im a pretty big guy. I have my ccl anyway so I'm not worried.

That’s what I thought and no his actions were not right in this situation.

I wouldn't have blind sided him. I would have told him to move on. If not, I would have smashed him.

I thought you lived in WS since that is your sig......

Well he didn’t. That’s why he’s in the wrong.

He needed to approach it with the universal hands up saying whoa whoa whoa what’s going on here.

Instead he acted like a ***** and got what he asked for.

Serious question....have you actually watched the video and the positions of each person?
The shooter was actually headed into the store when the woman obviously says something to he that causes him to return and continue the conversation......the shooter stays about 3 feet away from the car during the conversations......be objective and look at it again......

I will concede he could have handled it differently. If you run up on a woman and her kids don't be surprised if you get your azz kicked though.

The guy was wrong for shooting him and should go to jail. The victim should have tried talking first. Both wrong. One dead, the other should be in jail.

He didn’t run up on a woman and her kids.

Both acted stupidly, yes.

We also have the advantage of being away from the incident, looking at video over and over and over and making a judgment on a shooting that happened on only a few seconds.

Yeah. He deserved an azz kicking. He started something with a woman and her kids. He was a punk with a gun. Seen it plenty.

Just wanted to clarify that you thought him physically assaulting the one guy was justified because of a verbal altercation but him defending himself with a firearm was not justified. You can argue whether you thought the shot was retaliation and not self defense. I personally believe it was but the guy was equally responsible by physically assaulting the shooter. He's the one that escalated it to a physical confrontation. You saying physical violence is acceptable for one and not the other tells me all I need to know.

Tums it must suck to be so angry and bitter.

I'm American. I would prefer to live in America. I would live in almost any black Caribbean nation before Europe or Canda minus some Mediterranean coastal areas.

So one incident was false. What about the other million? They still happened. Speak on the ones where people got fired or charged with crimes. What is your follow up report for those?

So I guess you think black people never commit crime versus whites because there are more fake "black person did it" incidents than made up racism incidents.

I work in the Caribbean and have also gone on vacation there.
What islands would you live in?
