Obviously, not all 16 had a role in the investigation of Russian meddling but Dan Coats is the Director of the Community... if he says Russia meddled, that really should be good enough for our President (at least it should be better than the word of Putin).

What do you mean. With upstanding people such as Peter Strzok and James Clapper, how can anyone impugn the infallible intelligence community.

But even if Trump knows they’re right. But doesn’t believe bringing it up will be productive to the strategy they have in dealing w Russia. Why should it even matter?

I imagine Trump believes he's displaying his power and strength by continually doing things his detractors would dislike.

Stroke Trumps ago and he may be agreeable. Criticize him or tell him what he's has to do, and there's a good chance he'll come up with a way to say eff you.
