He did a little but admittedly not enough. He couldn't get republican cooperation and feared that without it, he would be seen as trying to benefit Clinton.
Certainly, nobody would suspect that he or his administration would try to benefit Clinton. I always figured him for a Trump guy.

Why would the Republicans have joined Obama in condemning Russian interference? First, their bread and butter was tapping into the seething resentment within their base that hated the black guy in office and to join him in anything risked irking the base. Second, they were benefitting from Russian interference.
So what you are saying is that even with Hillary's sale of uranium to the Russians, and Obama's "I'll have more flexibility after the election" statement, the Republicans were still reaping more benefit? Damn ya'll some seriously incompetent people.

Obama was black? Who knew?

It's not that complicated. If a ref makes five horrible calls that all go against your team but you win anyway, the fans don't say to much. If they make those same horrible calls against your team and you lose on the last play, the fans will go ballistic.

Yet it's a really poor look to dismiss the possibility of bad call while you're winning then blame bad calls after the final score. It's a worse look to make a really bad analogy about it that incorrectly portrays the actual claims in question.

So who are the refs in your flawed analogy? Russians or the voters?

Love how within the last week you were demanding an apology because someone implied you didn't like Jews.

Yet here you are...AGAIN...smearing those who didn't like Obama as racists.

You're truly a turd. But I'll never get tired of your TDS. Keep on LG'n.

Russian interference for the sake of helping Trump and hurting Clinton. Had Clinton won despite the Russian efforts (which most everyone thought would be the outcome) instead of Trump winning because of those efforts, the outcry would have naturally been less and the the response to Russia more severe.

Why would the Russkies hurt Kankles? She gave them uranium. Makes no sense.

Kind of blows some holes in those right wing conspiracy theories.

The evidence that Russians were attempting to help trump and hurt Clinton is already irrefutable and still growing. Why would Russia prefer Trump?

I'd be interested in a line by line listing of that irrefutable evidence that they were trying to help Trump and hurt Hillary.

After that, irrefutable evidence notwithstanding, we can then debate your assumptions as to why they would prefer seeing Trump as President as opposed to Hillary.

Your assumptions notwithstanding, we can then debate whether Russia's supposed preferences do damage to the right wing conspiracy theories--i.e. whether Russia's preferences against Hillary disproved corruption in Uranium One, etc...

In short, I'm claiming your entire post has a lot of meat left on the bone and inviting you to support each of its claims.

You game?

That damn reset button is on the fritz again

I was actually thinking today about how funny it would be if Trump showed up with a reset button when he meets Putin.

Would put him at master troll level.

How are Russians referees in an election?

Sure it is. If Hillary had won, this would be a non-issue. But she lost, so you have to find a reason. You have to have something to blame rather than accepting Trump won. He played to the electoral college, unlike Hillary, and he won. And because of that, the rest of us are subject to your daily tantrums.

Much more than that is Trump won "America". And it wasn't even close really. Save a couple of liberal fairly non-American looking states California and New York. Also half of the inner cities which is normally dominated by liberals, Trump won from the mountains to the valleys and all stops in between. Many leftist liberals are so stupid they thought if they could get Hillary 4 million more votes in California they could contest the election. Many of them don't even understand the rules which should tell you something about their electorate. And they want more of them so they can ruin the country.
