This article, from today, is reporting the dinner will be with 100 guests. Assuming that's accurate--and that 150 were originally invited--that means at least 50 have declined.

Also, now that the location of the dinner has been made public, it'll be interesting to see how many protesters meet him outside the palace walls. Much of the UK trip has been designed to shield his delicate feelz from the anger of the UK public.

I haven't seen a public list of invitees. I think a lot have (or will) just politely decline and hope to thread the needle by not attending and not pissing off Trump with a "noisy" public declination.
