I think Banks will be ready. Think hes going to be very good. Really I like this whole group of RBsGotta hope we have all our OL ready to go and Friend brings them along quickly. If we can win the LOS and run effectively, we'll have a good shot at the upset IMO. I think this could be a game where the RB by committee approach could really help us. Depending on whether Banks is ready or not, we should have 3-4 guys with varying skillsets available to wear down their defense.
I really dont think Grier is that good based on games I watched from last season. Obviously he can improve but he isnt that consistent and their oline was not very good. He got out of a lot of sacks but I question if he will be able to do that against SEC caliber athletes the way he does against Big XII playersTo be honest this is what Im expecting. A 38-35 type shoot out. Grier is legitimately good and will make some plays on our secondary, I have no doubt. But I think we will score on them as well. Will have a Big 12 feel to it I think.
If Pruitt had Bamas talent on our defense I think we would end Griers Heisman shot in week 1. I just dont think we have horses up front and in the secondary to consistently shut him down for 60 minutes.
We will see though. I expect a highly entertaining game and I am prepared for any outcome.

Go to non-conference games. Build up some momentum... :dance2:

Hes good but he isnt a first rounder like Ive seen in some projections. He lacks consistency
