Sissy or not, wakes my ass up and kicks it into gear. Wouldn't have all these cross stitches either if not for green tea.

Need some help from you guys who eat healthy and know how to cook a little. I'm trying to do some meal prep and since I want to eat more chicken in my diet I've found a great idea for a chicken burrito bowl to make at home. No big deal, just chicken, brown rice, black beans, and diced peppers and onions and some fat free shredded cheese. Tastes great when I first cook it, but it dries out pretty bad when I reheat it.

Its missing something and I can't quite figure out what it is. I needs a liquid in it to help it taste better I think. I've tried the salsa I have here and it wasn't very good. Any ideas? Maybe I just need to try a different brand of salsa. Any advice here would help me in this meal prep. Thanks

are you using a crock pot? I do something similar and use a can or two of rotel with the chicken/beans/veggies.

If you can find ají paste add it. Does nothing for the moisture but adds flavor.... And spice
