Carvana is pre-owned only, right? I'd be concerned about a lack of warranty with the way people drive their cars into the dirt.

Article on TN win total being 5.5

This number feels low for a team that will come into the season with the SEC's biggest chip on their shoulder. The talent isn't there yet for Jeremy Pruitt to contend in the East during his first — or probably second — campaign in Knoxville, but the schedule is manageable at the back end if the Vols have any life left after one of the most difficult midseason stretches nationally. Over a six-week span from Sept. 22 through Oct. 27, Tennessee plays Florida, Georgia, Auburn, Alabama and South Carolina. Brutal. The defense will keep the Vols in more games than you think this fall.

I can't wait to bring Florida back down to earth.

It's so dumb that both of us had a good-not-great 2016, followed by a terrible 2017, yet Florida is still picked by many to finish 2nd in the division while we're considered lucky to be bowling.

I get that Mullen was Tebow's QB coach/OC, and that Starkville is different from Gainesville, but dude isn't scary. And he isn't going to shape up that giraffe they got starting into a game-changer, at least not by the time they pull into Knoxville.

Even if we do finish with 6 or 7 wins this year (because we're not losing to Kentucky or Vandy anymore), and Florida wins 8 or 9 (nope, definitely not 9), I'll absolutely relish being that first scar for Mullen.

What's his record against ranked opponents again? Just curious.

Hey, he's beaten ranked opponents 7 times. 7. That's really impressive.

Don't worry about what that 34 next to the 7 means.

Carfax is a start, but maybe I'm jaded from seeing all these Memphis drivers speeding to a stop all the time. Between that, and the ol' Memphis pastime of idling in a random parking lot on lunch for 45 minutes a day, I absolutely refuse to buy someone else's problem. If that means I can only afford a Kia, I'm buying brand new next car.

Don't mention the fact that he was at Mississippi State, in arguably the toughest division in college football over the last ten years.
