Strain football players strain. We’ve got 88 days to go, so strain. Let’s go win some football games, and show the world who we are👍💥🔥

I dug that too. Sounded serious and not a line.

Love how Fitzgerald said the weight program was not a 5 year commitment but is there to get the best players on the field

Pruitt would instill awe if I were an 18 yo recruit, but Fitz would instill fear. I would watch a two hour version of this if it were out there. Great post--like!

I want to be a D1 athlete like right now

I share this sentiment. I'm an ectomorph physique, & I'd love to just go through one spring S&C program at a power program almost solely just to have access to a super-structured weight program with all the nutrition I'd need to make gains (without breaking the bank at the market & having to do all the cooking & prep).

Golden. Would be a game-changer for me.

Anyone know who that huge lineman looking guy was in the video? He was shown a couple times at the beginning with a white/gray shirt, kind of a fade and kind of a goatee. I thought it might be Garland but it was hard to find a good picture of him online.
EDIT: the very first player shown

The food footage negates the claims of some players that they are hongry all of the time and never get a chance to eat.

Cool video, talented kids with every resource available to help them succeed, its a little easier to understand how if not used properly(i.e. Butch Jones era) players can become soft, like they are at a vacation resort. Looks like the new staff will use it all the right way and make gains.

after watching this...

After watching this video I am thinking: It would be interesting and I wonder if our new transfer QB from Stanford would write a comparison paper on his views on the differences between what he has seen and be through at the two programs..
