Anyone know who that huge lineman looking guy was in the video? He was shown a couple times at the beginning with a white/gray shirt, kind of a fade and kind of a goatee. I thought it might be Garland but it was hard to find a good picture of him online.

I share this sentiment. I'm an ectomorph physique, & I'd love to just go through one spring S&C program at a power program almost solely just to have access to a super-structured weight program with all the nutrition I'd need to make gains (without breaking the bank at the market & having to do all the cooking & prep).

Golden. Would be a game-changer for me.

I was a PWO on the track team at UT in 07-09, even then i got just as many resources as the football guys did as far as nutrition, training room “help”, academics, etc. UT’s athletic department knows no bounds lol
