I'm hoping Dink comes back, I've read a lot of his posts in different forums on the restaurant/Bar subject. I very much agree with him on many things, and disagree on many others. I would enjoy talking chit with him.

Yeah, he seems to be very knowledgeable in that area. I enjoy reading everyone's post, even the PF numbnutz.

I worked several years as an BOH employee right after high school and then again when I was going through college. For the most part we always had a good working relationship....But there was a time where I had a spoon thrown at me by a waitress because I pizzed her off. Yall believe that? How could I get anyone so worked up that they would literally throw a piece of silverware at another person lol?
