Errybody all complained out in the restaurant thread. Was hoping Dink came back and was waiting for someone to make the suggestion that with all the complaints about bad service and not tipping.... maybe that woman leaving crusse10 .40 is because....well? :crazy:

During the mid to late 70s, while I was working at the Original Copper Cellar, there was BOH/FOH harmony. It was a good time to be working there.

All places I've ever worked had near perfect harmony between the two, but like the different military branches like to "hate on" each other and siblings like to do the same, there are always times it gets a little "heated".

We'd talk a little smack with the newer, larger, Copper Cellar West. Truth be told, we BOH of the Originals envied their spacious kitchen.
