TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

Seems like she's engaged in A LOT of speculation. For example, she assumes that if there was a source in the Trump campaign, that source was placed there by the FBI. Even assuming that someone within the Trump campaign was feeding the FBI intel, it seems just as possible that this person became concerned about what was happening and contacted the FBI in the same way the Australians contacted the FBI about Papadopoulis (spelling?).

Wtf are you talking about?! This was developed from bonafide unnamed sources dude! In your sides book that means we shouldn’t even waste time with an indictment and trial! This is as solid as it gets for you guys.

“I believe I know the name of the informant, but my intelligence sources did not provide it to me and refuse to confirm it,” Strassel concluded.

“It would therefore be irresponsible to publish it. But what is clear is that we’ve barely scratched the surface of the FBI’s 2016 behavior, and the country will never get the straight story until President Trump moves to declassify everything possible. It’s time to rip off the Band-Aid.”

Look you far left a$$hole you’re doing the exact same thing and yeah you’re indeed saying he’s guilty you’re just too chicken **** to own up to the statement.

ND40 gets a little overheated at times. He seems to be overly invested in defending Trump's innocence.

Lol. My post he quoted was deleted along with his first post with the exact same 8 or so word lead off. Not heated just replying in kind to his unhinged leadoff.

Also nice attempt to insert your deflection opinion of what I’m defending. What I’m actually defending is the valid election of our current sitting president against the questionably legal witch hunt from your side. AKA electoral nullification.

And the history of Trump's adult life lead many to conclude that Trump is likely guilty of multiple impeachable offenses.

Still waiting on when being an ******* and adulterer became impeachable offenses? Shady business deals as well? Were new laws enacted in the final days of Obama's administration that I missed? Character has never been an impeachable offense.

The question becomes do you honestly believe Trump told Cohen he could sell access to the President, or is it more likely Cohen, acting on his own, saw a way he could profit from his connection. I know what I find more plausible, and I'm fairly certain I know what you'd like to be true, and they aren't the same thing. Sometimes trust gets put in people who let us down. You don't think the same could happen to Trump? Unless directed by Trump himself, Cohen's actions are a reflection of Cohen himself, not an indictment of Trump.

That's true.

Unless, as you say, Trump knew about it.

Ergo the raids.

Disgusting behavior. Still nothing impeachable. Not sure when or if you'll ever grasp poor character is not an impeachable offense. Several of the people you argue with, myself included, don't necessarily like Trump, we just realize disliking the guy in the office is not a valid excuse to impeach him.

He's done nothing near impeachment

You call them raids, I call them fishing expeditions with legality questions. The way Mueller is going, we need a SC to investigate the SC.
Almost every Republican including many of Trump's staunchest defenders attested to Mueller's honesty, integrity, fairness, and character. Quit being stupid.

Even Rudy Giuliani has done this. Take note that when being critical of the investigation, Giuliani will attack Rod Rosenstein but he never says a negative thing about Mueller's competence or character.

Michael Cohen sent a letter to Ford Motor Co. last year offering his "services" to them. Ford replied "No, thank you". Robert Mueller's team contacted Ford about this letter and they now have it in their possession. Cohen's sales pitch to Ford could be very telling about what Trump may have known about what Cohen was doing. Fwiw, Cohen still identifies himself as Trump's personal attorney and Trump, at least as of now, has not disavowed Cohen.

Guiliani is doing Trump's dirty work disavowing him. You know Cadet Bones Spurs isn't going to personally fire anyone. Bet he will drive the Trump bus right over him though.

Michael Cohen, the embattled longtime personal attorney to President Donald Trump, is no longer playing an active role representing Trump, according to one of the president’s newest lawyers, Rudy Giuliani.
“As far as we know, he’s not,” Giuliani told POLITICO in an interview Friday. “And there’d be nothing for him to do right now.”
