Mass shooting of the week, high school in parkland, FL.

Being pro 2A doesn't make him a pr!ck; the video doesn't make him a pr1ck.

However, calling someone a pr!ck for espousing views you don't like, well that's a different story altogether.

Sounds like you have figured out who actually is.

The motive for posting the images is clear and he even stated it in his post. 2A. If you want to try to see if there is another motive he needs to be questioned. Simple. The outrage for the SRO questioning his motives is unfounded. It got you and your like to rage about it.

What prevents him from publicly expressing his support for the 2A?

So, this is about ifs?

If your mom had nuts, you wouldn’t be here.

Actually we’re raging about the violation of the kids 1a rights by your dumbass side that latched onto his 2a statement and went overboard.

Edit: and maybe 4a too!

It's is interesting that people are advocating he be interrogated for doing a legal action and advocating for the Bill of Rights.

And they call Trump the fascist.

What a world.

I understand perfectly well.

A student posts a picture of himself holding a gun with a caption saying "I'm about to lose it." Should that be taken as a threat?

What if instead the caption said, "see you at school tomorrow."?

What if it said, "I'm taking out 19."

Should any of these be taken by school officials as threats?

How much of a threat do each of the 3 above constitute?

You know you can be pro 2A without being an insensitive p**ck. Maybe you don't.

What this guy did comes nowhere close to what you posted.

His actions are equivalent to a student posting "I support DACA" on Facebook a couple days before Trump comes to visit his school.

Should the Secret Service and other law enforcement view that post as a threat to the POTUS?

It’s Mick. He is already on record for outlawing speech he disagrees with. Especially if like minded individuals want to associate with one another

He finds the nearest rabbit hole when a gun is mentioned.

I find this interesting: The teen said he felt like the deputy was trying to get him to incriminate his father.

What has the father came out and said about this? Is his father a Felon that can't own a gun?

Oh please. If anything was in the kid’s or his father’s background, those jackwagons in that county would have already been all over it with that guy, Maddow, screeching about it from the top of his lungs.

Pretty words that have no meaning.

Clear threats are bad?.....brilliant

The WHOLE question is what is a clear threat?
What is kind of a clear threat?
What is a little bit of a threat but nothing really to worry about?

Who decides?

Not you. Not me.

My personal opinion, school staff that reacts to social media without contacting the parents are overreaching their bounds. LEOs questioning a minor without a parent present are overstepping their bounds. Minors are protected to a degree until they reach 18. Unless of course they commit a major crime that calls for them to be charged as an adult. But a perceived or even actual threat is not so major a crime that they are adults in the eyes of the law. That's why you contact the parents or guardians if you feel action is needed. Let parents parent. It's not the place of government to parent your kids, it's yours. So your whole argument is pointless imo. If something a child posts alarms you, call his parents and inform them. If it's so bad you feel law enforcement should know, fine, but the parents should still be told and be present for any questioning.

This case in particular, the school far overreached the boundaries of what should be acceptable. It's indefensible imo.

Nothing he did makes him what you are calling him.

Man up, you don't like his views so you are lashing out at him.

People did it to Hogg, you are doing it to this guy.

I'm pro 2A just not a blithering NRA supporting liberals are going to take your guns idiot that believes a child, that cannot even own a gun and posts pictures of himself shooting a gun he does not own, should not even be questioned about it.

I'm trying to understand how walking out of school to protest guns is okay and encouraged, but expressing support of the 2A is evil. Violating the 1A and 4A is okay as long as it's against someone you disagree with. And this is supposed to be a better world?

His dad was with him. Why should he be questioned? It's not your place or the place of the government to parent his child.

why resort to calling him a little pr!ck?

FTR - I've seen several high school age kids post pictures of themselves at the range. Nothing insensitive or pr!ckish about it. None of them should be questioned by the cops for simply posting those pictures.

Should my employee, whose 5 year old was taught how to shoot, be questioned? He shot an AR15 too. He’s 7 now and drops deer in their tracks. Should I call 5-0 to come question him?

I KNOW THE KID DID NONE OF THOSE THINGS!!!!!!

Now will you answer the question?
