Fan wise, I think it matches the football hype from two years ago. Hopefully it would turn out better than that did, though. Media wise I’d say top 5 maybe top 3

Yes, UNC is full, which is why I don't fear them if Burns reclassified. I mentioned that a couple days ago in either this thread or the Burns thread.

Yeah. The effort really seems to be there this spring.

I guess we are just supposed to believe the media didn’t acknowledge them recruiting this hard in the previous off seasons. I’m sure there’s more attention being given to UT after this past season though.

I think there may be something to the idea they are working harder on the trail, even if only because they know they have several positions to fill coming up. Perhaps they realize the talent in the SEC, as a whole, is increasing as well.

And I think you may be right that Tennessee is more recognizable on the recruiting trail following this past season's success. Success should breed access to more fertile recruiting. Hopefully we are seeing the start of that.

Not the players themselves , he's earned the right. But anyone with brain can tell he is more active this recruiting cycle than before

Don’t get caught up in where the class finishes rankings wise. Basketball team recruiting rankings are meaningless for the most part. They place a ton of emphasis on higher end prospects and then the number of players signed plays a big part.
