Well rocky had another episode this morning, actually caught it on camera

Took him to the vet immediately

Doc first thought it could be arythmia/heart related and fainting

Said the heart sounded okay

Decided to take blood work and urine sample to rule out anything internally, should get results back next week

He said it didn't look like seizures, but said it could be a small form of epilepsy

In the meantime, he has given me anti seizure medication to give to rocky twice a day

While we wait to rule out any other issues

Gave rocky his first pill at 11. Doc said he may act loopy/droopy, but he is passed out next to me

TLC and watchful eye on him this weekend

If the episodes become more frequent or other issues happen, we are to take him to the emergency vet.

My Malinois had two seizures exactly 6 months apart. First one was at 12 months old. After a ton of research, we discovered there wasn't much the vet could do.

We no longer burn incense. We have changed her diet to Amercan made dog food (Pure Blend). She also gets a lot of fresh venison and chicken which the wife prepares for her.

We also feared it could be low sugar, so we started giving her a milk bone at 7 pm every night.

Knock wood, she has not had another seizure in the past 3.5 years.
