Ive been doing less than 20g of carbs per day. Hard to get 250+ grams of protein lol.
Im know I shouldnt be going by the scale but get caught up in it anyway. Wanted some feedback to make sure Im not losing my mind, help motivate me to stay focused. I have a long way to go, another 80lbs or so, but Im feeling so much better already. Mentally and physically. I can tell a difference in the way I look. Nice to start seeing some size back in my chest, arms, and legs, even though Im still weak as water lol
