It's an interesting situation. You know just a threat to move the largest private employer in the state could have negative backlash from the public as well. This debate is still in it infantile stage for both Delta and the state of GA.
The restrictions on how fast you can drive = the restrictions on what type of arms you can buy.
Society has the authority to have legal restrictions in the name of public safety. Be it speed limits or the types of arms that are legal.
You may the one suffering from excessive density.
I'll try to break things down to a more elementary level for you in the future.
Summary: society has laws and regulations for the good of society.....these include restrictions on type of arms.....and speed limits.
It won't over the long run as we know the great masses of people have an attention span of about fifteen seconds.
Both sides are just posturing for votes / public image.
My guess is that if you rang the bell, neither side would come out of their corner to fight.
No you don't even understand the complexity of issues for Delta and Georgia with the state trying push the NRA agenda on a private corporation.

Mick seems pretty torn up about this

They have not pushed the NRA agenda. It is fairly simple. The left get all butt hurt over something then mass attack whatever that is and drag everyone around them into it. The right have sit around and watched this happen over and over then decided to play the game. Now you are butt hurt because they are playing the game by your rules.
Furthermore don't tell me I don't understand the complexity of issues. I've worked in the aerospace field for 16 years.

"But...but...but, that's DIFFERENT!"
You don't have a clue what the economic discussion is. It move past the airline not giving reduced rates for NRA members so they can attend the annual rally.
