More importantly, I think the winner of the SEC gets a 2 seed and in the Atlanta region since the committee wont put an ACC team there since UVA is the 1. Winning the SECT would be huge
And I think that is still a possibility even w a loss at MSU tomorrow
Does anyone get the sneaking suspicion that the committee will come out and seed us in a way that makes no sense about how they have communicated seeding would take place all year long?
Like, Lunardi and all of us have them as a 3 and we
come in as like, the last 4 or something
As the 1 seed, Cincy is almost a lock to make the final. A win there obv keeps them ahead. If Houston/Wichita St were to beat them I think that team would make the jump
I think you have to pull for West Virginia, I dont think that win vaults them ahead of us, especially since its at home...conversely if Texas Tech was to win it that would be a big road win which the committee seemingly adores.

We should be rooting like hell for Wichita State imo...sure they may pass us on the seed list, but would much rather have them ahead of us instead of Cincinnati, heres why...
Seed list per bracket matrix, replacing Cincinnati current spot with *Wichita State*:
Virginia- Charlotte
Villanova- Pitt
Xavier- Detroit
Kansas- Wichita
Duke- Charlotte
North Carolina- Pittsburgh
Purdue- Detroit
Michigan State- Nashville
Auburn- Nashville
*Wichita State*- Wichita
Tennessee- Dallas
Texas Tech- Dallas
If it shakes out this way Tennessee only needs to pass 1 of Auburn/Michigan State/Purdue in order to get Nashville...if Cincinnati is in the picture and not Wichita State then Tennessee has to pass 2 of those teams listed.

Am I wrong but under the current system, don't they try if at all possible to keep higher seeds closer to home in the first and second round? This has been going on a few years now, so why won't we be in Nashville as long as we keep a 4 seed or below? We were sent to Raleigh last time, and many times under Pearl close to home. So why Dallas or Boise? I think we're gonna be in Nashville or Charlotte.
