Speeding in school zones puts other people in danger. Me owning an AR-15 doesn't.
You have to be a really clever lawyer to argue using the 5th Amendment to circumvent the 2nd Amendment.
Then what will be the consequences?
Ever hear of civil disobedience?
This would be massive.
Our courts and prisons couldn't handle it, if any arrests/prosecutions were made.
That sounds like an opinion. How about people who feel a safe speed limit would be 30 mph in school zone. Did someone else have the right to define what was safe and then make that individual adhere to that law even though they did not agree that it was necessary?
The Aussies are a rough and tumble lot. Yet it worked for them. For the umpteenth time, you don't need your assault weapon, bump stocks and large magazines.
