So your numbers indicate a total ban then with the exception of black powder rifles and archery. See how easy that is? Now you can say what you actually mean and not dance around the issue anymore. I can shoot a single shot at 6 seconds per round, more accomplished shooters probably knock that down to 3 or so.
My husband is working, so I can't ask him, right now. So you guys are saying that the guy in the video is running garbage and he can make a gun that shoots a bunch of people very quickly? (Because he did say he was pro-gun just sees that those kinds of weapons should be banned.)

I don't think it's a registered Class 3 though.
Different kinds of "registration" to be had. Though I'll admit, I didn't listen and fast forwarded to the cutting part.
But with that pre ban lower he can buy the trigger group and convert it right? He has the expensive part now. But yeah must then register the newly minted class 3 firearm? Is that the process for a preban receiver?
Change it to x = 12 and y = 30. See how debate and compromise work?
That was the whole basis of the conversation. Stop while you still have a modicum of pride left.
No. A "Pre-ban" rifle is just a rifle produced prior to the 1994 AWB. The ones produced during had the same lower receivers and whatnot.
I've worked on pre and post ban rifles. Zero change with the lower receiver.

To much stupid in that post to respond to it all.
I have said SINCE THE BEGINNING of this debate that any gun that fires more than x rounds per y seconds should be banned. That is nothing new.
The paranoid schizophrenia among the gun nuts is more frightening than the obsession with guns.
No one is coming for your guns. People want REASONABLE gun laws, regulations, and restrictions. That's really a rather simple concept.
Dude. Units of Y are minutes. Pretty sure black powder ROF is too high too.
