Trump refers to immigrants from Haiti and Africa as being from s***hole countries.

You sure are upset about the great haitian threat. Did one have relations with your S.O. while you were in Charlottesville?

Speaking of Charlottesville...wonder if Bob Creamer or his boy Scott Fovel have an opinion on the clash between 2 hate groups?

I mean, he sorta already does. Aren't there only like 6,000 KKK members? 5,999 of them are Feds and there's only 1 actual member, so Trump technically does lead the KKK to some degree.

I love the people fake raging over his possible comments when what he said (if he said it) is 100% true and everyone knows it.

I wonder if they are angry because he said something they agree with?

Without even realizing he is doing it, Trump frequently contradicts himself. Until yesterday, Trump had endorsed a system of individual meritocracy for immigration (while also excluding immigrants from countries where it is especially hard to vet potential terrorists). The "s***hole countries" comment makes it seem like he cares more about where an immigrant is originally from rather than what they have to contribute to American society. We can never have enough skilled, law abiding labor in this country. Trump's comment was judgmental, elitist and crude. I'm dying to see a Republican member of Congress offer a defense for it.

No. I'm thinking they are angry because they believe that immigration to the United States is a tremendous opportunity and privilege and that applicants for a Visa Program should be evaluated on their individual merits rather than where they are from.

From an unbiased, bipartisan position...have you ever listened to this guy? He's a piece-o-work, lemme tell ya...man o man!!

Dude would literally spit on you when he's speaking if you're within range...he's an emotional wreck, if he doesn't agree with something.

I've got friends in Australia who want to move here and bring their business with them. So far it's been a 3 year process and they have spent a considerable amount of money.

I think the point being made is why do people from "****hole" counties get an easier, quicker and cheaper path into the US than people from 1st world countries?

I had a troop in Germany that had to bounce from overseas to overseas assignment since his Filipino wife was waiting on her immigration paperwork to clear. They'd been at it for five years when I left.

But sure, let's give preferential treatment to Central America and ****hole Caribbean nations instead of a US Armed Forces member.

Trump can't speak without lying. Safe to assume anything he utters is false. Especially if he gets to tweeting about it.

"If I read this to you and did not tell you that it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control, you would most certainly believe this must have been done by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime -- Pol Pot or others -- that had no concern for human beings," Durbin said. "Sadly, that is not the case. This was the action of Americans in the treatment of their prisoners." - Durbin

a lot of our ancestors were fleeing **** situations.

Religious prosecutions (Quakers, Catholics, everyone), hunger (Irish in particular), tyrannical regimes (just about everyone, Georgia was a prison colony), and poor living conditions that they couldn't improve.

I don't think much has changed in the past 300 years in that regard.

At my desk right now... Thanks for your concern though. :hi: Come to the First Tenn branch at Downtown West and we can debate this further.

And I notice, you didn't offer an argument to anything I said... Nobody has.

Remember when Obama did this?

Obama ends 'wet foot, dry foot' policy for Cubans

Obama did this because Cubans vote Republican. Obama rescinded legal status for Cubans who come to America, but then illegally enacted DACA because Mexicans and other South Americans vote Democrat and socialist/communist policies.

Libs have weaponized immigration to use it as a means to gain and stay in power against the wishes Americans. Since Americans don't vote the way they want, libs have been importing millions of foreigners as a power grab.

He likes to stir lies & sh!t up about Trump.

Durbin is just another pos walking in shoes.

Ole DICK Durbin was sitting to the right of Trump in the open camera 1 hour bipartisan discussions on DACA...he was laughing and cutting up with Trump...then he heard him say '****hole this '****hole' that...like they don't fart in their leather D.C. seats and say **** like that all day long behind closed doors...come on man!!

I don’t know anything about him other than that he’s a politician from Illinois, which means there’s about a 75% chance he’ll be in jail in about 5 years.

not their IQ, their testing abilities. I do really really well at standardized tests because I have taken crap of them and I have been coached. my IQ may not go up or down, but my tests scores will fluctuate. if I retake that test and always choose the same answer location (top left for instance) my score test would plummet. In your world I would then be "retarded". except that it wouldn't, means I did crappy on a test.

people do different things better than others. test taking is one of those.

even looking at standardized tests will show you that you can be smart and still do bad in certain areas. I will use myself as an example. My ACT score was a 31 as a composite. seems pretty good. you break it down my scores were something like 36 in math, 34 in science, 33 Reading, 15 English. I am/was top 5% in most of those categories, then that last one I am barely a Neanderthal.

what does it mean for me as an individual that my English score was low? Not a dang thing except for how well I can type/write. This test was just patterns.

a test can only tell you as much as is in it. that one was certainly no end all be all.
You had a perfect score of 36 in Math? I went to high school with a person who did that. He owns a couple of pharmacies in Knoxville now. That's impressive.

You in K-town? I was out in Jackson today & the roads are in terrible shape. Thought I'd never make it home w/all the slipping & slidding taking place because of the snow. Btw, I'm not here to argue w/you. I'll leave that to the others here that can do a better job at that. I just wanted to point out you just spew out more vile garbage about Trump than anyone else on this board. Be safe going home after work.

If she married an American, why was there any problem at all?
