Psalms 45 is not addressing G-d here. The theme is of the earthly ruler. Not YHWH. Some argue that psalms 45 is messianic prophecie and I tend to agree but the fact remains either god is the wrong word use of 45 or there are a lot of gods.

Leaving Dogma behind is just too hard for some.

Quoting a vs the author of Hebrews believes to be messianic doesn’t change the original intent of the Vs. the point is to identify the Son as Messiah not make him G-d. Nobody thought the kings being called Elohim made the G-d or equal to G-d.
Why would that suddenly change?

The bible doesn't contradict itself, sometimes we confuse it but God knew exactly what he wanted to say. :)

You should probably stop. Slice uses the parts of scripture that he believes agree with him and throws out that which obviously doesn't. To him, Pauline theology is either misunderstood or corrupted. You two are so far apart, and your usage of scripture so vastly different, you are wasting your time.

See big? When Paul said that Christ, being God, humbled himself... Slice can't take Paul at his word.

When Paul said not to let anyone judge you about days or feasts, etc... That they were the shadow and Christ is the reality... Or that they law was a ministry of death, incapable, and meant only to show us that we can't keep it...

Slice can't take him at his word.

When Jesus claimed to be the son of god in a special way, such that the Jews of the day, in his culture, and in his own language, recognized what he was doing... When they knew he was claiming to be equal with god the father, and God...

Slice can't take Jesus at his word. Maybe it was Jesus fault. Maybe Jesus was just the worst communicator in the history of the Bible since they were always trying to kill him for claiming to be god.

It's a waste of time. Just be quiet in the pig pen with the rest of us and let him go.

Jesus said,"if you don't believe that I AM you will die in your sins."

We will each stand alone before him.

I will behave myself and leave this scientific thread to you really smart posters. You dear folks are masters at debate and I very much enjoy the conversations.:)
also man can be wrong about a lot of subjects, but who Jesus is there is simply no room for error.
