I'm amazed at many in the FF that are complaining that we're hiring a McGoogle coach. (Yes a DC is a mcgoogle coach but I'm fine with it.) They think it's going to turn daway recruits if it's not a big name hire.

Same here Hank. If CF chooses Tucker, I would be upset but now would like to have Pruitt more.

My guess, with some info thrown in:

Two meetings today with Tucker and Pruitt. One to offer the job, one to thank them for their time and ask if they'd be interested in the DC position.

Announcement around noon, maybe a press conference today, but that seems ambitious.

Pruitt seems to be the obvious choice over Mel and Steele. I don’t see how it’s a decision. Just hire Pruitt and let him get going recruiting
