Concur. He sounds like a return to the Kiffin days. Edgy, cocky. Might bend the rules a little. Hope he stays out of trouble.

To be honest we need someone with some self confidence. This place clearly chews up coaches that are insecure.

It will be a transition no doubt. Maybe Kingbo is a better fit in the 3-4 and I think Taylor could be very good. Also maybe Austin Smith finally finds the field

A lot of our defense would fit well. I think our D line could be dominate with Kongbo and Tuttle at DE and McKenzie at NG.

Taylor and Smith at OLB would be a nice combo too.

Agreed. I’m solidly behind a Pruitt hire. I do worry about character issues and would he bend the rules too much? But I don’t know how much of that is true.

He clearly has the pedigree and he looks like a relentless recruiter and hyper competitive guy. That’s what this program needs to be successful.
