This indecision is not a good look. Need to be able to analyze the candidates after the interview and pick one. Dont have second and third interviews and move on to new candidates.

That is not indecision. That is a focused process designed to consider a variety of variables. The last thing we need to do is hire someone based upon a single interview. Butch supposedly blew Hart away in his interview and we see how that worked out.
