The HCIW thing is silly. No one wants Steele anyway. He isn't an established coach and the first time he loses a game people will be calling for him to be fired and replaced with Martin. Mack Brown and Bobby Bowden were well established and nearing retirement. Those situations were still a mess with Muschamp leaving and Fisher kind of pushing Bowden out.
