If this whole #COMETOGETHER campaign is trying to bring stability why the hell would you hire someone who has proven next to nothing just to say you hired a UT guy who is 60 and 9-36. Just hire Tee.

Chad Morris is the best option. But he wants defense... so he should get Venables or Pruitt.

Gonna give up college football completely for the next few years if it's Steele, to be honest. This season was the fewest games I've watched in 10 years and I doubt I'll watch a second of the playoffs. Losing interest and UT being irrelevant/a joke just makes it that much less fun.

It would be the Tennessee thing to do to pass on Leach and hire Steele. Do people just completely lose their minds when they assume a leadership role?

Why the hell is it so hard to think he is going to hire who he thinks is the best man for the job?


Doug mathews has been saying for weeks that Steele was a great hire if we went the cordinator route. Surely we don't think these football minds are lying about this stuff.

There is literally no logical reason to hire Kevin Steele at Tennessee. If he gets hired either: 1. Phil is helping a friend. 2. Phil wants to be Barry Alvarez and basically coach. 3. Both.

No other way around it.

I may not know football like Phil. But I know math and a head coach with a 0.200 winning percentage should not be where this crazy rollercoaster we've all endured ends up.

It's almost like Phil liked the taste of revenge he got on Currie and now he's coming for the fans.
