10-4. But where do we go from here? Is Fulmer so loyal that he makes an underwhelming hire like Tee or Steele? Or does he revisit some of the ones who declined? Go for a home run?

Those of us pumping the brakes on breaking out the champagne are just worried he's going to hire Steele.

And Hubbs is strongly hinting that he will.

Y’all remember the last time Fulmer “sabotaged” someone to get in their position?

We won a national championship and won A LOT of ball games.

In the short term this sucks, in the long term, let’s ride!

Guys - Fulmer LOVES UT. Loves it more than we can even fathom.

Fulmer as AD means we will have someone who can make a great HIRE as AD. Someone who wants to WIN more than he wants a paycheck!!!

Fulmer wants to be AD, has for a long time. If hes making big boy moves like this then he will no be hiring a C level coach. He is going to bring in someone good that will make him look good and make them want to keep him.

I bet we have a new coach by this time next week and it will be a top tier coach.

They said Phil was trying to close the deal on Doorknob, and then it fell through. I can't even imagine thinking that was a good coach for Tennessee.. Maybe Phil told him it wasn't a good idea?
