I admit, its a big stinking mess. However, I think VN overestimated Beaver's intentions. He stated them clearly - increase consumer expectations to ensure an inferior hire was rejected. No more, no less.

I do believe that he is connected to someone who is making (did make) a push for JG (or similar).

Who knows the totality of the truth? Very few, if any.

Yeah, I've been meaning to change that. That's when I was still bought in. That's before everything I believed turned out to be false. That's before Currie tried to hire Schiano and it was apparently his plan well before Butch was fired. That was before it turned out that flight plans to Tampa to meet with Gruden were actually BS. :hi:

Coasty, what did your source tell you from the beginning? No chance? Then what did he say? Us that wanted him but were skeptical got an energy boost when we thought "Currie had his man". Well....he did. We saw who it was.

Same. It was fun, but I found myself falling for it again after telling myself I wouldn't after 2012. Just more disappointment. For all I know, the Beav could just as easily be a journalist building a great story or a college kid writing a thesis about how easily people can be influenced by an anonymous online source. Sounds crazy, but just as believable as anything he has put out there.

Basilio saying that we are about to hire Doeren. Currie has been told that he has to sign a coach tonight or he's fired. It's time to BLOW UP UT administration about this hire. Time is of the essence.

Also: Doeren's twitter is @StateCoachD. Tweet at him and let him know what he might expect. ;)
