Even if he has never been the head coach, I believe Venables would do very well...If he would come here now.

Frost is the homerun, and I believe enough money could make it happen. Just not sure we would do it.

It's hard to know what is real. I mean ealier today there was a tweet from JimmyH saying Schiano would be a registered sex offender in Tennessee.
It was fake. Wonder how many people bought that

Currie calling recruits telling them the hire was gonna be awesome. That's on the same level as Butch's best staff in America.

Not sold on Kirby as great coach. The East was awful this year.

Like I said, maybe not horrible hires but horrible list. They absolutely shouldn't top 3.

I googled Schiano about a week ago and that Washington Post article was the first thing I saw.

Why did Currie not do this? No way he would have attempted this hire with that floating right?

Call me old fashioned but I think we desperately need Tennessee people to right this ship. Tennessee football has been at its peak when orange blooded people were at the top. It's time to put an end to this stuff.

We had Dan Mullen, Scott Frost, Willie Taggart, Matt Campbell, and Chris Petersen reach out to us and we have an AD that settles for Schiano because of big Jim, goes to the Bahamas, and has now caused the fan base to not get us a good hire because we HAD TO STEP IN to stop an enabler of child molestation. It is hard to make this up.

I saw that and edited, but SDS says they will try to get compensation.

If we end up owing him money Currie should be fired or tell him we are using your salary to pay him.

Easy out is to tell him the job is still his if he wants it. No way in hell he takes it after this backlash unless he is completely stupid.
