Original plan as to get rid of Butch at the end of the season. The hire will still be 48 - 72 hours afterwards. Imo of course. I've called Monday from the start, but if you take in consideration MNF, Tuesday seems more appropriate.

As far as the Condridge Holloway post that Gruden was a done deal.....

I spoke with my guy and he said the last he heard anything it was still 50% we get Gruden.... said Holloway was NOT saying that on Saturday but would text and let me know,,,, Then he said wait, will probably be after Holidays ...lol

If you can read between the lines ... Condridge wants to be left alone during Thanksgivin

I think this date makes a lot of sense.

Is Gruden still in play? I prefer him as our coach...but ....I don't want to even entertain the possibility anymore if it's gonna lead to Greg Schiano. I'll happily gtfo if this is deemed a negative take....and I want Gruden as coach more than anybody...but what is the reality of what's happening?
