Let's see....We did a meet and greet with Harris English when he turned pro. He is partial. He loves DL III. His oncologist got Robin Love to get him a signed picture of Davis. He wanted to go to Sea Island when he played Jekyll 2 years ago. He is all about Speith, Fowler. He loves to watch short game stuff.....Lefty and Speith there. Funny thing is he loves watching the LPGA. He likes watching them get around a golf course. He is an old mind with golf.

Yeah that's why he loves the LPGA.... just saying lol

Wow, just got caught up! What an awesome night! I didn't detect one troll...zero GTFO's were needed!

I noticed people were talking about Atlanta Vol's info? About what page was that or what is the best way to see what he posted tonight about Gruden, not all the golf stuff?

He started hauling clubs before he could walk. Was diagnosed with Leukemia at 3.5 years old. Took chemo everyday for 3.5 years. Played in the US Kids World Championships as a 12 year old. Won every Sneds Tour Event he played in this last year. Missed out on TofC because he wanted to play at Sewanee and Sweetens Cove. Shot 39 and 37 and missed out on a chance to play a par 34 golf course that would have punched his ticket. He still cannot play 'contact" sports due to some effects of chemo. Great kid. Don't push him at all. I promised my wife after he was born that he could do whatever he wanted to do and I would support to the best of my ability. So far....so good.

That is awesome. My new favorite player. 😉 There’s a great book called, “How Champions Think” by Dr Bob Rotella. I recommend you read it and then let him read it. Golf is played in the mind. I give it to every new person i bring into our business, golfer or not. Keep us posted!

I’ve played the honors twice. That place is unreal. It doesn’t get the praise it should as a world class
Course.

It did not help that I could be standing just a few feet from the landing of a players ball in that high crap that I could not find the ball. I was a terrible caddie, but that ish is thick!

I have played golf on a course exactly 4 times. Only 1 I can realIly remember. Lol

Two were tournents for work which I was required to attend. Everyone was so tore up drunk in my group I was the only one that could sink a putt so that was my role.

The other 2 times was a par 3 course with a buddy and then we played the course in Brainerd.

I was the one tore up the last time and ended up falling out of the cart. Lol

Golf can be fun but I prefer outdoor pursuits. Burning gun powder and filling the freezer. Or just relaxing and catching a few for dinner.

Edit - it's still entertaining reading you guys talking back and forth about it. Another world to me.

Yes UT coaches get a membership....minus the hiccup with Wade Houston :)

I had heard UT coaches got a membership. I didn't know this as a fact. I had also heard he had bought a house in Knoxville. I didn't know this to be fact. Thus, I assumed if he wasn't given a membership, and applied, he is only moving here. My assumptions could be totally wrong.

The Lord blessed me with a daughter interested in golf. We got a great pro at Old Atlanta Club near our house who's helping out after school. Just did our first Drive Chip and Putt this summer.

Golf with kids is the best.

Is there something concrete happening?
Seriously? No hyperbole. Do we have a real
chance w Gruden?

I so hope this is right!

My only hang-up is if we KNOW we have the white whale, why are you crazy people talking about golf?

We have 1,492 dump truck loads of crow to serve, no time for playing golf!

Gruden to the Hill!!!

I played for over 30 years and now my ailing bones don't allow me to swing like I used to so I haven't played in a few years. I just got back into fishing and got me a used bass boat back in June. Being a vet also we should hit the lake sometime.
