I could see Fields as a flip. The guys in front of him would help at Georgia
Fromm and Eason will be ahead of Fields when it comes to knowing the playbook and game experience. Same situation in varying degress he would face at FSU, Clemson, Tennessee, Bama, Florida, and most top power five schools. The big difference at Georgia is that no QB at Georgia is ahead of Fields when it comes to his skill set. He will occupy his own space at Georgia. Eason and Fromm are both pocket passers that aren't particularly mobile.
You all don't run the QB so his legs aren't a factor. He's not starting over those guys. Both of those dudes have played. He's No.3 until someone leaves.
Surely you didn't list Florida. He's the starter there Day 1

Fromm looked pretty damn mobile scoring those two TDs and picking up key first downs vs Vols.
As I said a couple years ago, the thing that kept Lawrence from signing with Tennessee was Butch Jones. They said they wouldnt play in his offense and while respectful to Jones, basically he wasnt their favorite. Was told they were huge TN fans and TL was the biggest Manning fan you could find and had a huge Manning poster on his wall. His game is a replica of Manning.
That thing that kept Lawrence from Tn has been removed.
It aint over til its over!
Cant remember what movie that was from, but I thought it wouldnt fit there.
Now, the main reason I popped in here: Does any of you guys know if there is a dead period between now and Dec. 20th? Ive had several ask and I VOLUNTEERED to ask around.

With the right hire TL should be a pretty easy flip...will be one of the priority targets again for sure...all with the right hire.
