I'm not hating on anyone. I'm just speaking rationally. I'm 100% Vol and 100% Gruden, I'm just tired of people like this Beaver guy making it seem like he's in the know and getting everyone all depressed, when in reality he knows absolutely nothing. Also, I'm not miserable at all! Thanksgiving is coming up, my wife is expecting our first child, Christmas is around the corner, I believe Gruden is still a thing, oh and my Preds are rolling. So yea, I'm not anywhere close to the term "miserable," but thanks!

He knows everything he tweets is here and on TOS's within seconds. In the beginning, he had just a few followers that he allowed, now he has 1250. He has approved over 300 in the last couple of days.

My question is, if Gruden says no, why would that be Sexton's fault? Beaver's rant makes it sound like he has not been offered due to the administration.

I made a few posts in the past week concerning agents, but at the time, couldn't wrap my mind around warping them into our well-established storyline. Nonetheless, I believed their impact couldn't be overlooked, and sure as hell couldnt be trusted.

Time will tell, but if we land Coach Google McBing, I don't know that Vol Nation will ever recover.

This is where it got sticky IMO. The deal was done. Currie just had to pull the trigger. I believe Gruden is ready for that(the tone of his recent interviews). Currie got the block from Haslam but the other side came up with the cash. Currie is on the clock sweating bullets right now. I have to believe if the deal falls apart due to Haslam(Sexton) then this stadium Reno is gonna get torpedoed.

There isn’t a power struggle. This is a false dichotomy.

You need to ask yourself who hired Currie
Then ask yourself who hired the woman who hired Currie
Then you’ll get it

I think its number 3 and here is why. I believe after watching the LSU game, Gruden realizes just how bad of shape the Vols are in. Meaning, what kind of rebuild job he would have to do here is just too much. Especially for a first time head coach in college.

As if that wasn't already obvious after, Georgia, Missouri, etc.?

Come on, man.

It would be easy to improve because it can't get much worse.

I've just caught up after church, and I'm actually really excited about what AV said. Many are interpreting it as Plan A and Plan B. I don't.

In business and in life, I tend to set 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, 1 year, 5 year, and sometimes 10 year goals and plans. My best guess is that these extremely successful business people do as well. I read it as "we have a clear path for the next 5 (or 7 or 10) years, and a clear path after that (coach in waiting or the like).

To me, "plan" means something I intend to do. "Path" means something I am doing.

Obviously, I am simply interpreting like everyone else, but I think he would have said "plan A" and "plan B" if that is what he meant.

I would like to form a plan a or b, but i am not sure I will be alive tomorrow. at this age who can tell

The only thing 100% evident to me is:

1. Some people come in here intent to find negative things and they do in everything they see, read and hear and immediately begin their rant of "Close the thread" ... it is embarrassing and a real headache to those who want to learn the truth

2. Some people come in here intent to find positive things and they do in everything the see read and hear and immediately start their rant of "Done Deal" with every post or tweet

3. The truth is probably (as normal) somewhere in between as some things are Negative and some are Positive .... But if you are in this thread you SHOUD be here because you are pro-Gruden and honestly want him to become our next coach!

Ok, here’s my thing. I hear Gruden say he loves rocky top on the radio, and have 0 denials. Here’s my thing he’s either the worlds biggest troll and Tennessee fans/students will hate him and give his son absolute hell the rest of his days in Knoxville, or he knows he’s taking the job and is just dropping bread crumbs. I just don’t see why he won’t say no and why he says that on ESPN radio that he knows will get back to Tennessee fans. You love Tennessee and rocky top? Well why say that with all this speculation if you don’t intend on taking the job?!? That’s what I can’t make sense of out of this situation.

This is what I'm thinking. Why he mentioned "Rocky Top", on sports radio is the biggest question/clue. He's either taking the job or trolling UT.
