My take on Gruden is that on the field, he will be savage. Off the field, he will value relationships with other SEC coaches in accord with his FFCA bonds. Assuming I’m right, his intro to the conference will likely be handled with utmost respect for rival coaches. I don’t foresee any Kiffin-esque antics. And I don’t foresee him trying to steal last-minute recruits. In fact, he may be insisting on a later announcement date to avoid that pressure. I hope that’s not the case, but something tells me it might be.

This is where it got sticky IMO. The deal was done. Currie just had to pull the trigger. I believe Gruden is ready for that(the tone of his recent interviews). Currie got the block from Haslam but the other side came up with the cash. Currie is on the clock sweating bullets right now. I have to believe if the deal falls apart due to Haslam(Sexton) then this stadium Reno is gonna get torpedoed.

Ok, here’s my thing. I hear Gruden say he loves rocky top on the radio, and have 0 denials. Here’s my thing he’s either the worlds biggest troll and Tennessee fans/students will hate him and give his son absolute hell the rest of his days in Knoxville, or he knows he’s taking the job and is just dropping bread crumbs. I just don’t see why he won’t say no and why he says that on ESPN radio that he knows will get back to Tennessee fans. You love Tennessee and rocky top? Well why say that with all this speculation if you don’t intend on taking the job?!? That’s what I can’t make sense of out of this situation. If we can’t get Gruden and Florida inks Kelly tonight then it’s going to be hard to swallow. Dan Mullen, Greg Schiano, Norvell, etc are just so underwhelming!! I mean Currie said a big expensive and explosive hire, so who the hell is it?!? Non of those guys fit that damn bill!!! ZERO!!!!!

I believe Beav’s Twitter tirade means you shouldn’t read his words as predictions about Gruden specifically or timing. He has been sending a clear message all along that the old guard is being left behind and a new group is taking control. Remember Stalking horse and Secretariat.

I can do without the narcissist tone of his latest tirade, but will sacrifice my personal preference for humility to give the new guard the chance to restore what decades of cronyism has almost entirely destroyed.

I’d love to have Gruden cause I think he’d bring us back to greatness but **** him if he thinks his ass is worth 10mil a year and we must meet all demands, when he’s proven absolutely nothing at the college level!

I can only hope our AD told him to eat dirt and is moving on!

It looks like it could have been the Ga and My game. In the right hand corner of the TV on the right.. you see the red, white not sure if there is black or not .. but that is traditional of the score slot for ga if in right. On the bottom it is white and an unknown color as you can not see the other teams logo or initials.

The game started at 330.

The player looks like 83?
