D4H's 2017 NFL Draft Review (Best Picks, Best Drafts, and Predictions)

For the record I still think the Steelers will have the best draft class in 2017 when its all said and done. Dobbs will be a Hall of Fame QB. Cam Sutton will be a Hall of Fame CB. James Conner will be a pro-bowl RB for many years. Same with JuJu Smith-Schuster at WR. Remember I was practically the only person who had JuJu rated as the 2nd best WR coming out in the 2017 draft. Everyone else was on the Mike Williams and John Ross train.

I still believe in Brad Kaaya and the Lions draft class as well. But now I think the Saints might be better. It was close between those two teams when I was putting the list together. If ya'll remember, before I edited that post, I actually had the Saints as my #2 draft class in 2017 ahead of Detroit. But at the last moment I bumped Detroit back ahead of them because of the fact I viewed Brad Kaaya as a franchise QB. We'll see how this ultimately plays out but I like both the Saints and Lions draft classes in 2017 a lot.

Brad Kaaya may never play meaningful snaps for the Lions considering the contract that Stafford just signed (and no, contrary to a previous dumb statement of yours, he is FAR from injury prone) and I giggle every time you talk about the future HoF'er Dobbs and remember throws like this ..

Dobbs was never considered a great passer in college and lacked the level of skill set, as determined by EVERYONE THAT GETS PAID TO EVALUATE TALENT, that Watson had. He isn't on the same level of guys like Vick, Newton, Watson, Young and other DT QBs because of their passing skills were WAY above Dobbs' skill set in that KEY category for a QB. These are the types of predictions that tell all of us that you are just a kid looking for attention and begging to be something you're not. You don't know talent, you have no clue how to break down film and you're simply just wanting people to think you are better at this than those who get paid TONS of money to do it.

I also predicted Ezekiel Elliott would be one of if not the best RB in the league his first season when most said that was a crazy thing to say for any rookie. I said Zeke was that special and he fell into the perfect scenario.

This year I'm predicting the same success for Corey Davis. He will be one of the best WRs in the NFL as a rookie and among the league leaders (if not the outright leader) in receiving yards and TDs.

He's that special and the fit in Tennessee is that ideal.

My player evaluation skills are top notch.

I told yall a year ago he was the next Marshall Faulk.

gtfoh man you think cam sutton is gonna be the best corner in the league and a hof

He wasn't even close to the best in the sec he was good but really just another guy probably would of been a backup at lsu bama or uf

Hamstring injury in preseason has derailed his season.

I'm still confident in his long term potential.

He's to Jerry Rice like Alvin Kamara is to Marshall Faulk. I've been right about Alvin Kamara being the next Marshall Faulk so far and I'll be right about Corey Davis as well.

Alvin Kamara wasn't a starter in college and is currently the best RB in the NFL as rookie.

Cam Sutton will be the best CB in the NFL next year and is a future HOFer.

Future Hall of Famers from the 2017 Draft

QB Josh Dobbs (Steelers) - next Randall Cunningham
RB Alvin Kamara (Saints) - next Marshall Faulk
WR Corey Davis (Titans) - next Jerry Rice
DE Myles Garrett (Browns) - next Bruce Smith
LB Dylan Cole (Texans) - next Zach Thomas
CB Cam Sutton (Steelers) - next Darrelle Revis

Joey Bosa, Kelvin Taylor, Kevin Hogan, Dak Prescott, Jared Goff, Christian Hackeburg and Marquez North are just a few of the names that make this assertion at best dubious and at worst simply hysterical.

We'll bump this since D4H probably didn't see it and just conveniently skipped this.

Why doesn't his hamstring concern you? Lattimore's does for some reason

Like Sutton, Corey Davis doesn't have a history of soft tissue injuries. He was healthy for practically his entire 4 year college career. While Lattimore only played one season because of injuries.

Lattimore has played healthy 12+ seasons going back to youth.

Sutton was hurt in almost every year but his freshman year...
