i think we have a real pursuit and a real decline. part of the process. im sure throughout the process there will be a gruden "handler" so to speak and will continue to press. at any time if he reverses course we'll pounce.

I don't know why I believe you but I do. Not about the presser but the other. At least I can say I believe you aren't passing along info you think is untrue.

I’ve been thinking about why they would announce it on a Friday before a game. But, if he has Monday night duties, he probably has to fly somewhere tomorrow. If they want to announce it, now is probably the best time if they aren’t waiting until the end of the season. With the early signing period I think it is much better to announce the hire before the season ends

I wasn't around for the first round of grumors. I don't even know how I feel about the word 'grumor.' But gat dangit I have been spending all my breaks at work catching up on this thread and am now past my bedtime just to catch a single striking detail and I only sleep about 4-5 hours a day. I don't attach any emotional importance on any of this but it seems like we have him. The most important factor to me is that no side has denied it. Ziti and others have talked me into this complex web of rumors leading to his hire and I too am expecting it the sunday/monday after vandy. I am 4 double vodka tonics in so my opinion remains very fluid.

He did say that he'd be in Seattle on Saturday so a presser today would make sense.........actually nothing makes sense anymore lol
