Gruden is a wayyyyyy better coach than Butch......by light years....but I don't think he's as great as everyone makes him out to be. I will be very satisfied with his hire....but not getting my hopes up over a coach that hasn't coached in college in 30 years.

He’s an associate with the Redskins, so the same title at a big program wouldn’t exactly be a setback. Worse teachers out there than Rock.

Gruden knows more about football than every coach in the SEC. I truly believe that.

He will also recruit peak Fulmer level and will have a very strong staff. He will be set up to have excellent seasons at Tennessee.
