If Gruden or someone else hasn't been hired, fire Currie now. There is no excuse for Jones continuing.

I know where you stand...followed you enough to know you aren’t a troll. Also have followed you long enough to know you don’t care what myself or any other message board poster thinks, and that’s not a bad thing.

Well I finally heard from the person I know that works at ESPN here in Charlotte. And they have heard nothing. Low level employee so it does does not surprise me. Just following up from what I had posted a couple of threads ago.

I know in one of the past threads there was discussion of Gruden's endorsements (2 of which are not good for a college coach) and how State employees can't have personal endorsement contracts.

they are contracted and have agents/lawyers/advisors and will word the contract to allow them that. that's my opinion. saban has one or two on national tv. going to be wild with our coach having hooter's and corona endorsements, but then again either are more healthy than papa john's,imo.

I was hoping to wake up today seeing news out of Tennessee that Butch is gone. Why do we still have him? We are gonna lose our class of recruits for next year if we don't get get rid of this clown now!

Most likely.
Even ignoring rumors of Gruden wanting it to happen at the end of the season, it's just the way Currie operates.

Martin at KS, Serrano with 2 games left in baseball ( which is like 2 minutes left in football) and he still finished out the season.

Currie could surprise us but he typically isn't a fan of interims, especially if a team is just so bad.
Personally?, I would love to see Butch fired now just so I don't have to look at him. But Currie handling it the way I always thought he would, doesn't shock me. I'll judge Currie off of the hire he makes.
